Psalm 40:4
HEB: אֶל־ רְ֝הָבִ֗ים וְשָׂטֵ֥י כָזָֽב׃
NAS: to the proud, nor to those who lapse into falsehood.
KJV: not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
