HEB: תִרְגַּ֣ז הָאָ֔רֶץ וְאָבַ֖ל כָּל־ יוֹשֵׁ֣ב
NAS: who dwells in it mourn? Indeed, all
KJV: tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth
