Daniel 4:17
HEB: (אֲנָשָׁ֗א ק) וּלְמַן־ דִּ֤י יִצְבֵּא֙
KJV: and giveth it to whomsoever he will,
INT: the realm of mankind to whomsoever forasmuch wishes

HEB: בְּמַלְכ֣וּת אֲנָשָׁ֔א וּלְמַן־ דִּ֥י יִצְבֵּ֖א
NAS: and bestows it on whomever He wishes.
