אִטֵּר adjective shut up, bound (Late Hebrew אִטֵּר, lame) יַדיְֿמִינוֺ ׳אִישׁ א Judges 3:15; Judges 20:16 a man bound, restricted, as to his right hand, i.e. left-handed.
